Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (where offered) and bank / wire transfer. Card checkout may be added later.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock orders typically ship in 2–5 business days. Delivery then depends on your location and carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email hello@thebilzy.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can help if the order has not yet shipped.

How do returns work?

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
